Role & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the business and the Recruitment lead to gain a deep understanding of requirements for open roles, the function and how it fits into the organisation
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute research
  • Driving hiring for niche functions including product, technology to support fast-paced business growth Actively 
  • Experience utilizing Boolean search strings across multiple channels and passionate about creative sourcing
  • Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques
Preferred Experience & Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting/Talent sourcing.
  • Experience in handling multiple businesses
  • Someone with a strong understanding of technology and sourcing would be an ideal fit
  • Experience with social-media hiring (Linkedin, Twitter, FB etc.), technology-focused forums (GitHub, Stack Overflow etc.) and other sourcing channels
  • Basic Market Intelligence
  • Basic Domain Knowledge
  • Good command of language
Required Competency
  • Proven experience in Talent Mapping, Research and Competitive Intelligence
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and client service skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Data and analytical orientation to develop meaningful metrics
  • Experience in creating & using complex boolean search strings
  • Experience in developing social media sourcing and branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Have experience in the talent landscape researching and presenting it to the stakeholders.
