Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
● Talent Supply tracking
○ Maintain accurate records of all employees and subcontracts in the Unit.
■ Track joinees and attrition to ensure the list is accurate
○ Track the skills and resume of every employee
○ Keep track of Bench people with their skill, exp details and resumes
● Talent Demand tracking and drive fulfillment
○ Track all open demands of the Unit and their priorities; Manage demands of
the Unit in Skillate (Recruitment) tool
○ Drive the subcontract hiring process
○ Drive panel identification to enable hiring process.
● Talent Utilization tracking
○ Maintain Allocation (Talent to project allocation) details
● Talent Learning & Development
○ Track and Drive Technical training happening in the Unit and publish it to
the respective stakeholders.
● Financial Process Mgmt
○ Track and ensure all employees have clocked timesheets and support in
billing confirmation every month.
● General
○ Drive HR processes (compliance) like Goal Setting, Appraisals, Rewards &
Recognition, etc.
○ Liaison with HR and Finance on overlapping responsibilities
○ Publish reports
○ Follow up with respective stakeholders for all unit activities.
Job Requirement
Mandatory Skills

● Excellent in MS Excel skills or Google spreadsheet
● Good in creating reports and present using PPT
● Good Oral & written communication skills
● Operational skills
● Team player
● Analytical skills
● Good Follow up and persuasion skills

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of Resource Management is good to have.
● Recruitment knowledge is good to have.
● Knowledge of Current technologies and skills in IT industry
● Planning & Strategizing
