Roles & Responsibilities

Role

Senior engineer will work with the development team to understand requirements and

converting into deliverables. S(he) will work closely with the Lead, Architect and

product team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Understand the problem and align with the priorities, Implementing Solutions

based on requirements

2. Ensure components are developed within approved architectural standards.

3. Consistently able to deliver User Stories in Agile Environment.

4. Proficient in peer code reviews and implement best coding standards

5. Handle expansion and mentoring of the team members

6. Proactive in all aspects of SDLC, including system analysis, design,

development, testing, and deployment.

7. Responsible for the internal communication to rally people around the tech

cause, enabling success at the executive and team level.

8. Expected to be 3 steps ahead of the company’s needs, providing solutions that

improve efficiency/scalability for years to come.

Job Requirement

Mandatory Skills

1. 3+ yrs of relevant hands-on experience in developing software in technologies

like React Native, Jest, Java Script, API driven Development, CSS,HTML5.

2. 3+ years experience in handling Cross Platform Releases.

3. Proficient in TDD with tools like jest, karma, mocha chai

4. Strong logical and analytical skills.

5. Strong Computer Science fundamentals.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable leading without authority.

Preferred Skills

1. Distributed computing, Java, RDBMS, Restful web services, Spring

Framework,

2. Experience with modern DevOps fundamentals, tools and techniques.
