· 6 plus years of experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience

· Hands-on experience in big data computation technologies such as Kafka Streaming, Apache Kafka, Confluent, with a focus on creating and managing multiple topics on Kafka clusters

· Strong   knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance

· Partner with product management and delivery teams to align and prioritize current and future new product development initiatives

· Work with cross-functional engineering teams including QA, Platform Delivery, and DevOps

· Well-versed in Event-driven Architecture and Complex Event Processing

· Proven track record in architecting, building and managing large-scale distributed backend systems

· Java programming

· Version Control

· Spring boot or Play framework

· Leveraging elastic search for search or log aggregation

· Kafka Clustering

· Exposure to other NoSQLs

· Devops tools
