Job Description

Need a service delivery manager for DWH projects.

- having 10+ years of experience in managing DWH projects in cloud

- experience in Agile methodolgies

- good knowledge of project management, stakeholder management

- strong in written and spoken communication

- proven skills in managing multiple projects

- should be able to motivate team

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee all activities related to the support and maintenance of the Data Warehouse environment.
Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and manage support tickets and ensure SLA Adherence.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Regular SLA management, timely report creation for reviews. Review of work with various stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Data Warehouse environment.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting with complex technical issues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the integrity, reliability, and accuracy of data stored in the Data Warehouse.
Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, conducting thorough testing to validate system functionality and performance.
Implement data monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for Team for cross-skilling. Ensuring team is fully engaged and productive at all times.
