JOB DESCRIPTION
Job profile:
As Presales consultant, you will lead and own business proposal development, Sales and marketing collateral. Adding value and effective support to the sales and delivery teams, you will ensure all Sales material are of a high standard and delivered to challenging timelines.

Education / Training / Qualifications:
  • Educated  to Engineering Degree
  • 4-6   years of experience with current role in presales
  • Prior   experience as a developer, tech lead and project lead

Responsibilities
  • Lead the presales process for all opportunities manging its response.
  • Lead client conversations to elicit requirements and problem statements
  • Develop technical solutioning, effort and cost estimation for a given scope of  work
  • Develop solution prototypes and mock-ups for customer demos.
  • Develop proactive proposals based on client situation analysis and technology solutions
  • Develop powerful sales collateral articulating organisation capabilities and value proposition
  • Responsible for managing an opportunity response from qualification through to  contract award,
  • Re-write/edit responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from delivery units.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Skills  : 
  • Knowledge  of technical and commercial proposal writing.
  • Knowledge in full stack web technologies like Angular , React, NodeJS, Express.Js, Spring Boot, MySql, MongoDB.
  • Strong working knowledge of web/app mockup design tools like adobe Photoshop, InVision Studio, MockFlow .
  • Demonstrate a solutions’ focused approach with the ability to develop robust responses  to complex problems.
  • Proactive  individual, with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work through uncertainties
  • Ability to lead storyboard sessions with bid / proposal team members and key stakeholders
  • Ability to build and demonstrate solution prototypes
  • Ability  to present information and ideas to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
Experience
  • Strong  presales experience developing proposals, RFP response and solution pitch
  • Project delivery experience with strong understanding of software development life  cycle (both waterfall and agile methodologies)
  • Technology  experience developing applications in web technologies.
  • Strong  working knowledge of sales process(es)
  • Track record of developing winning propositions.
  • Strong client facing experience in any role
